Roasted Potatoes with Spicy Avocado Oil and Rosemary

    Ingredients:
  • - 4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes.
  • - 2 tablespoons of spicy avocado oil.
  • - 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped.
  • - 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
  • - Salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the spicy avocado oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.

Serve hot as a side dish.
