In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the spicy avocado oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
