The story behind Cate de mi Corazón
WELCOME
This story dates back to the 16th century in the mountainous Abruzzo region of Italy beginning with the farming and production of olive oil.
Today the modern version of this traditional activity has expanded to other edible oils including of course our Avocado Oil and its derivatives (Original Flavor, Mediterranean flavor, our Hot & Spicy version and our Complete Blended Formula (including Cate Fry variety) amongst others.
From the begging the patient and through growing processes soon became tradition and one to be proud of.
The learning process was put to good use upon arrival in Mexico in the 19th century with the planting of the first cultivated avocado trees.
The new experience gained and the innovations developed have helped the newly formed brand “CATE DE MI CORAZÓN” to gain the expertise required to place it among the most respected in the avocado oil industry.
Three founders soon formed a formidable team included one of the descendants with the original Abruzzese roots has made it possible to implement the newest and best procedures in oil processing. The organizational expertise of another founding partner has made it possible to spread our products over 5 continents. In addition expertise in sales has helped to its expansion combined with prowess in human relations. In this manner a systematic and planned expansion process has made our progress to date a reality.
Beginning with the first and small avocado farm, expanding to the first exclusively dedicated avocado oil production facility, participation in a packing house operation, creating a successful commercialization enterprise and being today focused on expansion internationally, “CATE DE MI CORAZÓN” continues dedicated to sustainable growth.
